First, You Hustle is a program from the Columbus College of Art & Design Career Services office to guide students on how to start their creative careers. Industrial design students created fresh takes on rattan furniture that you can actually purchase from a furniture retailer yourself. But this isn't a story about rattan- it's about how real-world partnerships in the classroom elevate the design skills students learn and the partners who make it happen, in this case a design agency called Awaken Koala.
